Arun Kumar SJ, also known as Andy SJ, is an experienced HR Recruitment Professional with a strong background in technical and non-technical recruiting. He has a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Andy has over 3.5 years of experience in the recruiting industry, with a focus on understanding technical requirements and strategic exposure in Recruiting Life Cycle (RLC) of both offshore and onshore recruitment. He has hands-on experience in sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and candidate assessment. He has sourced, assessed, and hired for business, IT, and non-IT roles.
